Oh, what an enchanting world you are about to enter. One where color and light and shapes shift and shimmer and suddenly shadows come magically alive. For this is an amazing show of more than 40 shadow puppets, from the world's foremost puppet theatre for preschoolers, Dockteatern Tittut, from Sweden.
And it all starts with Lillian and a cat (actually, Lillian on a cat) who set out on an adventurous journey guaranteed to send you into a fit of giggles. They chase and get chased. Cross a fishy-filled stream. Meet up with every animal imaginable. Oooh, a big oinky pig. A silly goose. Now a clippety clopper of a horse – wearing boots and a vest. And look out – here comes a too-hungry c-c-c-rocodile!
It's one unexpected burst of fun after another. And in the end... well, we won't tell you now. But let's just say you leave extra happy.
