AM: Trickster Town Trouble: (Full)
Those naughty Tricksters are tricking again and Trickster Town is in trouble! Students decide what will happen to the town as they create their own tricksters to tell the tale of the trouble in Trickster town. The class will also incorporate basic backdrops, costume pieces or props as needed for their clever and original story creation.
June 14-18 9:30am-12pm  • $165

PM: Puppet Pizzazz: (Full)
Puppet play and creation in one week. Hand, shadow, finger and marionette puppets will be explored in this class designed for the inquisitive performer ready to speak and present stories through the eye of the puppet. No experience necessary. A great class for the shy young artist- because sometimes it’s just easier to use your voice through puppetry.
June 14-18 1pm-3:30pm •  $165

AM: Adventures Aboard the Jolly Roger: (Full)
Hoist the mast and raise the Jolly Roger as we set sail for the Isle of Treasure. What misadventures await? No one knows but us Pirates. Students create an original story yo-ho-ho full of pirates and more.
June 21-25 9:30am-12pm •  $165

PM: Forest of Fantasy: (Full) What magic awaits us as we venture into the forest? Wizards, dragons and a prince kept in a tower? You decide who to be, how to help and why you’re in the forest as the story grows through your imagination.

AM: Mystery Theatre: (Full)
The theatre has a spooky tale to tell and a team of Story Hunters have come to hear it. Let your imagination open the door to the mystery at the theatre as you create an original story from beginning to end.
June 28-July 2 9:30am-12pm • $165

PM: The Mighty Gold Rush: (Full)
Westward HO! It’s time to jump on the trail and find the riches of GOLD. But watch out for villains who always lay in wait. Become the prospector, the villain or a cowgirl- it’s your call as you create the story of how the West was tamed.
June 28-July 2 1pm-3:30pm  • $165

AM: Super Heroes Unite!: (Full)
Is it an airplane? A kite? What a sight to see these heroes flying into action! Create a super hero, or villain, in this class and decide what drama, comedy and melodramatic moments happen in a super hero’s day.

PM: Musical Jam!: (Full)
Explore the world of musical theatre. Your favorite songs, scenes and characters come to life in this energetic class. We will emphasize the wonderful world of body, mind, voice and imagination.

AM: Magic To Do: (Full)
Ever wonder how all the magical moments happen onstage? Create your own stories and the magic that brings them to live in new and surprising ways.
July 19-23 9:30am-12pm •  $165

PM: All Things Seuss: (Full)
Investigate the amazing, extraordinary world of Dr. Seuss! Using his work as a foundation, students create their own remarkably Seussican work full of vim, vigor and rhyming imagination.

AM: Mean Jean the Recess Queen: (Full)
We all have experienced that moment when someone has been mean or bullied us. Using this touching and simple story as a foundation, students will explore all the ways in which we solve problems and how we communicate with each other.
July 26-July 30 9:30am-12pm •  $165

PM: Myths and Legends: (Full)
Jump into the world of myths and legends. Let Thor, Odin and Zeus come alive in this multi-disciplinary theatre experience. Based on original tales, students will make it their own through music, poetry and text- telling the tale in their own voice.
July 26-July 30 1pm-3:30pm •  $165

AM: Fractured Fairy Tales:
Ever wonder what happens after ‘happily ever after’? Would the Prince have still fallen for Cinderella if she had never lost the slipper? What if the Dwarves got lost on their way home from work and ended up in different story? Solve all these riddles and more!

PM: Green Tales for the Earth: (Full)
We will save the Earth! What can we do to make a change? Explore recycling crafts and create your own story of how to protect and preserve. Be silly, be serious, you decide as we create fantastic characters and make a plan to save the Earth.

AM: Go Dog Go!: (Full)
Working with PD Eastman’s classic story, students explore color, movement and space, as seen from the particular point of view of man’s (and woman’s) best friend. Telling the story with a minimum of text and a maximum of physical articulation brings to life the secret world of dogs.
August 9-13 9:30am-12pm  • $165

PM: And the moral of the story is…: (Full)
In this class students will explore the who, what, why and where of stories that reveal the best in people and highlight values such as persistence, generosity, hard work, determination, respect and honesty. From Aesop’s Fables to How the Camel Got His Hump, stories that teach and reach the hearts of young actors will serve as the foundation of our work.
August 9-13 1pm-3:30pm  • $165
