Educate. Challenge. Inspire.
CTC’s Student Matinee, Community Engagement and Theatre Arts Training (TAT) programs reach tens of thousands of young people of all ages, ranging from early learners to young adults. Our skilled teaching artists engage students and teachers within school classrooms and on site in our theaters and at our very own CTC McGuire Education Center.
Theatre Arts Training (TAT)
CTC’s Theatre Arts Training (TAT) program is designed to mold the next generation of theatre professionals in a guided, dynamic, studio-style program that is tailored to the needs of each individual student. Simultaneously, TAT offers an open-enrollment program which encourages exploration while creating for each individual student the opportunity to see the world through the diverse lens of the performing arts.

Community Engagement
Steeped in our nationally recognized Neighborhood Bridges philosophy, the CTC Community Engagement team creates models that arts organizations, schools and educators utilize to animate teaching and learning and develop critical thinking through creative writing, storytelling and theatre arts. The Neighborhood Bridges philosophy informs each of our Community Engagement programs: the 31 week school age Neighborhood Bridges (currently serving grades 2-8), Early Bridges (serving ages 3- 5) and Theatre and Literacy Partnership (serving second grade). Our programming exists to promote accessibility and to deepen engagement with teachers and students locally and nation-wide.
