Anna Evans ANNA EVANS (Alice)
is thrilled to be returning to the Children’s Theatre Company after performing in Madeline and the Gypsies in 2009. She has previously performed with Stages Theatre Company Theatre, Bloomington Civic Theatre (BCT) and the History Theatre. She most recently played Orphan Annie at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School where she is currently a sophomore. Some of Anna’s favorite productions include Coco’s Diary and The Christmas Schooner at the History Theatre and Sunday in the Park with George at BCT. She enjoys singing in choir, swing dancing, thrift shopping and reading. Anna is eager to perform in this production of a childhood classic with such a talented and experienced cast and crew. She would like to thank her parents for their constant support and taxi rides to rehearsal. Anna hopes your adventure down the rabbit hole is as wonder-filled as hers!

Mo Perry MO PERRY (Edith, Duchess, Ensemble)
has previously been seen on the CTC stage in Mercy Watson to the Rescue! and Babe, the Sheep-Pig. She has performed with many Twin Cities theaters, including Park Square Theatre, Mixed Blood Theatre, Torch, Walking Shadow Theatre Company, Mystery Cafe, Workhaus Collective, Gremlin, Joking Envelope, and NPR's "Wits" at the Fitzgerald Theater. A former columnist for METRO Magazine, Mo contributes freelance articles and commentary to several area media outlets, including Minnesota Monthly, City Pages, MPR, and Live Better America. She works as a copy-editor at the University of Minnesota, and was named City Pages' "Best Actress" in 2010.

Autumn Ness AUTUMN NESS (Queen of Hearts, Ensemble)
welcomes you to Wonderland, a world that has been a favorite of Autumn’s ever since she got to play the Mad Hatter in a school play many years ago (the reviews were glorious). Autumn is so proud and lucky to be celebrating her 13th season as a member of the CTC Acting Company. Some of Autumn's favorite past performances include; The Biggest Little House in the Forest, Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Buccaneers, Lizzie Bright and the Buckminster Boy, A Wrinkle in Time, Annie, A Christmas Story, Cinderella, Romeo & Juliet, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, The Magic Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, A Year with Frog and Toad, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, The Wizard of Oz, Once Upon a Forest, The Snow Queen, and Mississippi Panorama. When not onstage, Autumn can be found chasing her son Super Sawyer, her husband Reed, and her pug Kermit. Autumn is a proud member of the Actors’ Equity Association.

Gerald Drake GERALD DRAKE (Head Cook, King of Hearts, Ensemble)
has been a member of CTC’s acting company for 42 years. Among his favorite roles are the Stepmother in early productions of Cinderella, Long John Silver in Treasure Island, Fagan in Oliver Twist, Mr. Toad in Wind in the Willows and Lord Capulet in Romeo & Juliet. Gerald has toured to and performed in Munich, Seoul, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Moscow. He is the recipient of a McKnight Theatre Artist Fellowship. Married 44 years to his wife Kathie, they have two daughters, Kelly and Kristina, and he lives out his drumming fantasy by watching his son Bobby play in The Hold Steady. He is thrilled to welcome a new audience member to CTC, his grandson Victor Leo.

Dean Holt DEAN HOLT (Mad Hatter, Humpty Dumpty, Ensemble)
is a member of CTC’s Resident Acting Company and has spent the past 19 seasons collaborating with amazing artists and friends in more than 60 CTC productions. Highlights in this time include exploring the silent-movie world of Buster Keaton in Reeling (for which Dean won an Ivey Award); If You Give a Mouse a Cookie (where he and his best friend and fellow company member, Reed Sigmund, tore up the stage quite literally); and Cinderella (as the most beautiful step-sister, Pearl Cramp). Romeo & Juliet, Huck Finn, Mississippi Panorama, and Once Upon a Forest are also favorites among his many wonderful experiences at CTC. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and, when not on stage, enjoys spending time with his two fabulous boys and amazing wife, CTC Stage Manager, Stacy McIntosh. Dean would like to thank all of you for helping to make CTC such a special place for the artists and audiences alike.

Reed Sigmund REED SIGMUND (Caterpillar, March Hare, White Knight, Ensemble)
is a longtime admirer of Lewis Carroll’s bizarre yet beautiful language, and he is delighted by this opportunity to embody some of the writer’s curious cast of characters. Currently celebrating his 13th season at CTC, he has appeared in numerous productions, including: Snow Queen, The Wizard of Oz, Once Upon a Forest, HONK!, The Magic Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, The Monkey King, Sleeping Beauty, Disney’s Aladdin Jr., The BFG, Seussical, A Year with Frog and Toad, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, Madeline & the Gypsies, Romeo & Juliet, Bert and Ernie, Goodnight!, Cinderella, The Iron Ring, Robin Hood, Babe, the Sheep-Pig, Annie, Mercy Watson to the Rescue!, and Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. When not performing on the CTC stage, Reed and his darling wife Autumn can be found creating their own Wonderland alongside their little gentlemen, Sawyer and Kermit.

Jason Ballweber JASON BALLWEBER (Cheshire Cat, Ensemble)
is an actor and director with an emphasis on creating new work. Jason is the Artistic Director of Four Humors Theater and has worked as an actor and director with other theaters including Theatre de la Jeune Lune, Open Eye Figure Theatre, Three Sticks Theatre, Jon Ferguson Theater, Live Action Set, Bedlam Theatre, Minnesota Orchestra and Know Theatre of Cincinnati where he won an Acclaim Award for his direction of Sideways Stories from Wayside School. Jason is very excited to be joining Children's Theater Company again after acting in Mercy Watson to the Rescue! and directing Dr. Seuss’ The Cat in the Hat.

Adam Qualls ADAM QUALLS (Tweedledee, 2 of Spades, Ensemble, Understudy for Brandon Brooks)
has appeared in Jackie and Me, Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas and Buccaneers on the CTC stage, as well as understudying in Pinocchio. He has appeared locally with Park Square Theatre, Actors Theater of Minnesota, Theatre Pro Rata, Bloomington Civic Theatre and Urban Samurai Productions, and he has toured regionally for young audiences with CLIMB Theatre and Prairie Fire Children's Theatre. He is a Performing Apprentice in the 2012-2013 season and will finish this fabulous season at CTC with If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.

Dot McDonald DOT MCDONALD (Tweedledum, Ensemble, Understudy for Autumn Ness and Mo Perry)
is one of two performing apprentices for CTC this season. She is a recent graduate from Howard University, earning a Bachelors in Fine Arts and a Minor in Sociology. She is a very proud claimer of her hometown Madison, Wisconsin. Dot is having a blast performing on CTC's stage and has most recently been seen as Ms. Levitt and Rachel Robinson in Jackie and Me, Betty Lou Who in Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Who Stole Christmas and Mhina in Buccaneers. She has been seen in Howard's productions of For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf, Rent, and Anna in the Tropics. Dot is going to miss CTC tremendously but is very excited to start applying all that she's learned as she continues to audition. She would like to thank God, her mother and her supporting friends. A special thanks to Al Freeman Jr., who taught her to not just love acting but to live it!

Kenzie Allen KENZI ALLEN (Flamingo, Ensemble)
has previously performed in The Wizard of Oz and Dr. Seuss’ The Cat in the Hat (U/S). Kenzi was last seen in Walking Shadow Theater Company's performance of Sleepy Hollow. She has also been seen in multiple shows at Stages Theatre Company including Holes and The Frog Prince. In the fall, Kenzi will begin her senior year at Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists where she has been a part of Romeo and Juliet, Origin Story, and As You Like It. Other training includes the Guthrie High School Shakespeare Project.

Braxton Braker BRAXTON BAKER (Fish Footman, 5 of Spades, Ensemble)
is 15 years old and excited to be back at the CTC where his prior roles have included Bartholomew in Dr. Seuss’ The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins, and CTC Theater Arts Training program productions of Seussical (The Cat in the Hat) and RENT (Angel Schunard). Other recent roles incude Jean Valjean in Les Miserables at the Duluth Playhouse Children's Theatre and the title character in Pinocchio at the Jon Hassler Theater.

Brandon Brooks BRANDON BROOKS (White Rabbit, Ensemble)
sees another great Children's Theatre Company show in the cards! He has performed regularly at CTC for the last two years. Last seen as Joey Stoshack in Jackie and Me, Brandon has also appeared in Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Buccaneers, A Wrinkle in Time, Annie, and Dr. Seuss' The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins. When he's not at the theater, Brandon is (somehow still) an avid Minnesota Twins fan, as well as a full-time butler to his own mysterious cat, Webster. He would like to thank his family for supporting him through a very busy year. Now sit back and enjoy the performance, or it'll be off with your heads!

Haden Cadiz HADEN CADIZ (Frog Footman, Knave of Hearts, Ensemble)
is excited to participate with Children's Theatre Company for the second time, having previously been seen as Tito Orlando in Buccaneers. He is currently studying musical theatre at Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists. He has acted with theatre companies all around the Twin Cities, and hopes to pursue acting as a career. Come along and explore the world of Wonderland!

Regan Duffy REGAN DUFFY (Pig, Rose Bush, Hedgehog, Ensemble)
is excited to return to Children’s Theatre Company where she was last seen playing the role of Kate in Annie in 2011. Regan has also performed at Lyric Arts Company of Anoka where she played Susan Waverly in White Christmas in 2011 and, most recently, where she played the role of Annie in their 2012 Christmas production of Annie. Prior to becoming involved in theater, Regan was a member of an elite dance team for six years at Dance Tech Studios in Forest Lake, MN. Regan is a 6th grade student at North Lakes Academy in Forest Lake, MN and, in her spare time, she likes to run, ski, crochet, dance, sing, read and participate on her school math league team. Regan would like to thank Artistic Director Peter Brosius and the rest of the Artistic staff for giving her the opportunity to perform in this wonderful production!

Claire Hoffman CLAIRE HOFFMAN (Flamingo, Ensemble, Understudy for Alice)
is thrilled and humbled to go down the rabbit hole with the talented cast and crew at CTC. This is Claire’s third production at CTC where she was previously seen in Pippi Longstocking and Annie and each one has felt like a trip to Wonderland for her. She has also performed in Oklahoma at Bloomington Civic Theater along with several school productions. Claire is proud to be an 8th grader at The Convent of the Visitation School in Mendota Heights and thanks the administration and teachers for their support of her acting endeavors. When Claire isn’t performing, she enjoys hanging out with friends, travelling with her family, playing soccer, alpine skiing, playing piano, flute and reading. Claire thanks her family and friends for their commitment and support with a special thanks to her sister, Ava, for attending so many shows.

COLETRANE T. JOHNSON (7 of Spades, Ensemble)
played in Pippi Longstocking last season on the CTC stage, and is ecstatic to be back. At 17, he is a junior at Washburn High School in Minneapolis. He has participated in their Black Box Theater, choir, jazz band, and the musicals. He is the section leader for tenor I’s in choir. Coletrane has also been seen on the Washburn stage in Seussical as Horton, in Fame as Goody, in My Feet Is Tired, But My Soul Is Rested as Rick, and most recently as Bobby Strong in Urinetown. He also was in the ensemble of the All-State Musical Mean with MN Thespians. On top of acting, singing, and dancing, his hobbies include playing the guitar, bass, drums, piano, and writing music. He is thrilled to have this be his first experience acting in a straight play with this splendorous cast.

P. Cullen Ryan P. CULLEN RYAN (Ensemble)
discovered his passion for acting at the age of twelve. Since then he has performed in many school productions, but he found his true angle on acting when he played the Farmer’s voice in a school production of Honk. Recently, he has played Truffaldino in The Servant of Two Masters, Mayor Shinn in The Music Man, and a Who Man in CTC’s Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Also a member of the International Thespians Society, Cullen wants to become a professional actor and comedian. He is 16, a junior at Edina high school, and just beginning his search for a college. Cullen is thrilled to be returning to Children’s Theatre Company and to be able to participate in this wacky and wonderful show.

Saharla Vetsch SAHARLA VETSCH (Rose Bush, Ensemble)
played in A Christmas Carol at the Guthrie Theatre. She has also performed in I Like Me, Click, Clack Moo Cows that Type, Frog Prince, Pinkalicious, If you Give a Moose a Muffin, Miss Nelson is Missing, The Secret Garden, and Giggle Giggle Quack at Stages Theatre Company. She also played in Oliver at Rosetown playhouse. Saharla is the recipient of the honorable mention in the 2012 high school musical spotlight showcase for her performance in Into the Woods.

Vivian Hays VIVIAN HAYS (Hedgehog, Ensemble)
is filled with excitement to be in performing her third production at CTC! She was in The Wizard of Oz in 2011 and Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas in 2012. Vivian has also performed in Monkey Mind Pirates with Z Puppets Rosenschnoz (Heart of the Beast, The Lowry, and The Capri) and Vampires! Horror! with Table Salt Productions (Old Arizona Theater). Vivian has studied dance for 6 years with Lake Harriet Dance Studio as well as Laura Balfor Dance. Vivian is a 4th grader at Marcy Open School. She takes ukulele at Camden Music and rocks out during the summer at Camp Komoniwannarock, also at Camden . Vivian enjoys One Direction, musical theater, talking, Batman, her friends, singing, dancing, and playing with her turtle, Bebe.

Miles Duffey MILES DUFFEY (Understudy for Jason Ballweber, Gerald Drake, Dean Holt, Reed Sigmund and Adam Qualls)
played in The Wizard of Oz, Lizzie Bright and the Buckminster Boy, and Pippi Longstocking and was also an understudy for Mercy Watson to the Rescue!, A Wrinkle in Time, and Harold and the Purple Crayon during his performing apprenticeship at CTC last year. Miles has also worked for Montana Shakespeare in the parks, performing in The Merchant of Venice, Much Ado about Nothing, and Macbeth. He has also understudied for the Guthrie Theater and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater B.F.A. actor training program. He is very is very excited to be working on one of his favorite children’s stories!

Spencer Harrison Levin SPENCER HARRISON LEVIN (Understudy for Braxton Baker, Haden Cadiz, Coletrane T. Johnson and P. Cullen Ryan)
is a sophomore at the Main Street School of Performing Arts in Hopkins. He has appeared in several school productions including The Producers, Twelfth Night and Much Ado About Nothing. Other credits include Eugene in Brighton Beach Memoirs at Bloomington Civic Theater, Arnie in Lost In Yonkers at Theatre in the Round and Hanschen in Spring Awakening at blank slate Theater. He has also appeared in TV commercials for Best Buy and Taco John’s

Gabby Zonneveld GABBY ZONNEVELD (Understudy for Kenzi Allen, Regan Duffy, Claire Hoffman, Dot McDonald, Saharla Vetsch and Vivian Hays)
is thrilled to be back at Children’s Theatre Company for this production of Alice in Wonderland. Previously, she has acted in Dr. Seuss’ The Cat in the Hat at the Children’s Theatre Company; Narina: The Musical, with Young Artists Initiative; and Guys and Dolls, at Capitol Hill Magnet. When Gabby’s not acting, she is performing her original music around the Twin Cities, and in Nashville, TN, with Castle Recording Studios. She would like to thank the Children’s Theatre Company for having her back, and her lovely parents, who have graciously chauffeured her around town for rehearsals, lessons, and shows. She hopes you will have fun, and enjoy the show!

We are pleased to offer $10 tickets to all performances of Alice in Wonderland. A minimum of ten seats per performance will be held ahead of time to be sold for $10 per ticket, and those seats will go on sale every Sunday at noon for the following week’s performances Tuesday-Sunday.

Tickets can be bought in person at the Ticket Office or by calling 612.874.0400, and are sold on a first-come-first served basis.

A maximum of four $10 tickets will be sold to one patron.

All tickets are held at the Ticket Office and will not be mailed.

The $1 facility fee per ticket applies.

If you try to buy $10 tickets and they’ve all been sold, don’t worry! You can try again the following week!
