There are a variety of options to save on tickets at Children’s Theatre Company!
Everyday discounts: Children (to age 17), students (full-time college students), seniors (age 65+), and military families save on tickets every day.
All shows start at $15: There are multiple price levels available in both the UnitedHealth Group Stage and Cargill Stage, and tickets always start at $15. These tickets are found in Price Level C, located in the 2nd Balcony in the UnitedHealth Group Stage and in the last row of the Cargill Stage. This price level will sell out on popular shows so we recommend purchasing tickets early to ensure you get your choice of dates. Please note, $10 tickets are no longer available for individual shows.
Preview Performances: Be among the first to see the newest show at CTC! The first Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday performances of each show in our regular theatre season are Preview Performances. Preview tickets can be purchased in advance and are sold at a substantially discounted rate.
Rush Tickets: Starting 2 hours prior to each performance, any unsold seats will go on sale to the general public for $15 each at the CTC Ticket Office. This offer is available in person only.
ACT Pass Program: This program allows patrons with financial barriers to purchase tickets to select performances at a greatly subsidized rate in addition to receiving scholarships to Theatre Arts Training Camps and Classes. To apply for the ACT Pass program please click here.
Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same title up to 24 hours prior to the performance you are scheduled to attend, while subscription tickets may be exchanged up to 2 hours prior. Complimentary and group tickets are not exchangeable. All exchanges are subject to availability and exchange fees. Any difference in ticket price as a result of an exchange is not refundable. There are no refunds.
If you are interested in exchanging your tickets, please contact the ticket office during regular business hours; exchanges can be made in person, over the phone, or through our online ticket exchange form (exchanges cannot be handled via email).
Two hours prior to public performance, any remaining seats are sold to the general public at a substantial discount on a first-come, first-served basis. Rush tickets are only sold in person at our ticket window.
CTC does not offer compensation for missed performances or refunds on ticket purchases. CTC also maintains a policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather.

Lap Passes are available for all shows that take place in the UnitedHealth Group Stage for children birth to 3 years old. Lap passes are $5 and can be only be purchased in person at the Ticket Office on the day of the show. Lap passes are a final sale.

Welcome, School Groups!
Children’s Theatre Company offers Weekday Student Matinee performances for your classroom, homeschool, or community educational group. Attending a CTC performance ignites students’ creativity, while supporting your curriculum and learning goals. Thanks to grants and our generous donors, student matinee tickets are available at a significantly lower price than our public performances and are further discounted for schools with a free and reduced lunch rate of 30% or higher. Information about themes, length, curriculum connections and state standards along with a full synopsis for each show is available on our student matinee webpage.
