Please be advised that both the December 29, 2PM and 7PM performances of The Wizard of Oz will go on as scheduled. We encourage everyone to leave plenty of time and travel safely to the theatre.
In the event you are unable to attend the performances due to severe weather, we have the following options available for ticket holders of the December 29, 2PM and 7PM performances only:
Season Ticket Holders – can exchange their tickets for another performance of The Wizard of Oz. Tickets must be exchanged at least one hour prior to the performance you currently hold tickets to and any upgrades/exchange fees may apply. Tickets are subject to availability and current availability for The Wizard of Oz is limited.
Single Ticket Purchasers – due to the limited ticket availability for The Wizard of Oz, we will be offering our missed show policy instead of advance exchanges for these performances only. If you are unable to attend your show on December 29 due to severe weather, please contact the ticket office by 6PM on Tuesday, December 29. You may then bring in your unused tickets from The Wizard of Oz on December 29 and stand in the rush line for any other remaining performance of The Wizard of Oz. The Rush line opens up 2 hours prior to each public performance. Please note, rush line tickets are not guaranteed. You will be seated in the best seats available. If the rush line is not an option for you, we will also permit exchanges of unused tickets from either performance of The Wizard of Oz on December 29 to any performance during the runs of The Frog Bride or The Snowy Day. You must book any unused tickets by March 20, 2016.
