Theatre Arts Training’s Senior Company Presents:
Written by Sophocles
Directed by Katherine Pardue
Thebes is in crisis. Its hero, Antigone, a righteous and radical young woman with the gods behind her, faces off against King Kreon, a new ruler obsessed with power. Seen through the lens of the Riot Grrrl movement of the 1990’s, this production electrifies the classic text into relevancy for Americans today, especially for young women. Performances are November 15 –18 and tickets are on sale now! Content Advisory: script contains descriptions of violence and suicide.
