Raise the Roof! CTC opens The Wizard of Oz and hosts the Annual Curtain Call Ball all in one Whirlwind Weekend

WHAT:
A very exciting weekend approaches as CTC opens "The Wizard of Oz" tonight and hosts their Annual Curtain Call Ball on Saturday.
The Annual Curtain Call Ball is CTC's largest fundraising event of the year. Proceeds from the ball provide critical funding for the education and community programs at The Children's Theatre Company. The evening includes dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions.
CTC will celebrate the holidays in grand fashion by staging the renowned and beloved American classic The Wizard of Oz, based on the timeless 1939 film. Originally produced in 1987 by the Royal Shakespeare Company, the script is based on the book by L. Frank Baum, with music and lyrics of the MGM motion picture score by Harold Arlen and E. Y. Harburg, background music by Herbert Stothart and book adaptation by John Kane from the motion picture screenplay.
WHEN:
The Wizard of Oz opens Friday, November 22 @ 7:30 p.m. Running time: approx. 2 hours with one intermission
CTC's Annual Curtain Call Ball: Saturday, November 23 from 6:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.
