Important Information About Tickets 
Lap Passes
Lap Passes are $10 each and may be purchased at the Ticket Office on the day of your performance as follows:
• UnitedHealth Group Stage Productions: for children ages 3 and under
• Preschool Productions: for children ages 18 months and under
• Teen Productions: not available
Family Guides
For a FREE Family Guide, which includes play descriptions, activities, discussion questions and more the enhance your experience, call the Ticket Office at 612.874.0400. Online versions are also available in the On Stage section of the website.
Ticket Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same title up to 24 hours prior to the performance you are scheduled to attend. All exchanges are subject to availability and exchange fees. There are no refunds.
Rush Seating
Fifteen minutes prior to public performances, any remaining seats are sold to the general public at a substantial discount on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is by cash or check only. Due to time constraints, credit cards are not accepted in the rush line.
Missed Performances
CTC does not offer compensation for missed performances or refunds on ticket purchases. CTC also maintains a policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather.
