The Ticket Office is accessible by phone two hours prior to most performance; forty-five minutes prior to Theatre Arts Training performances.

Important Information About Tickets 
Lap Passes
Lap Passes Lap Passes may be purchased at the Ticket Office on the day of your performance as follows:
• UnitedHealth Group Stage Productions: for children ages 3 and under ($10 each)
Ticket Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same title up to 24 hours prior to the performance you are scheduled to attend. All exchanges are subject to availability and exchange fees. There are no refunds.
Rush Seating
One hour prior to public performances, any remaining seats are sold to the general public at a substantial discount on a first-come, first-served basis.
Missed Performances
CTC does not offer compensation for missed performances or refunds on ticket purchases. CTC also maintains a policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather.
