As a result, .07% of the state’s sales tax has been dedicated to the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund (ACHF), which has allowed Children’s Theatre Company—along with artists and arts organizations in every corner of the state—to provide arts, arts education, and arts access programs to Minnesotans of all ages.
